  1. How do I submit artwork?
    Send us an email by clicking the “submit artwork” or “contact us button”. You can also contact one of our sales representatives by phone or coming to one of our offices. Just email us what you have in mind. You can just write it or attach any ideas you have. Have no ideas for artwork… have one of our graphic designers do it for you. The more detail you give us, the closer we can get it to you on the first try. We welcome input and will make revisions on any artwork (no charge). Our main goal is to get you what you want.

  2. How long does it take to receive artwork?
    Artwork typically takes a couple of days to complete (sometimes sooner, sometimes later- depending on complexity and date needed). Just specify in the email if you have a specific date in which you need the artwork. We can usually accommodate whatever your time frame you may have. We will then send you an email with the artwork for your approval.

  3. How do I set up an ordering web page for my order?
    Once we get your approval on artwork, we will set it up online for you. All we need is your ordering cutoff date. We will then email you the ordering link and passwords (that you will be responsible for distributing or forwarding to your organization). The first password is for ordering and is the passwords you forward to your organization. The second password is for the order-tracking list. It shows who ordered, what they ordered and when they ordered. It will also show the total amount of shirts with a size breakdown.

  4. When is the cut off date for ordering and who determines when it is?
    You or your organization can designate the date for closing the order. Or we can help determine it if you let us know when you need the shirts.

  5. Can I have an order with multiple colors or styles of shirts?
    We can accommodate multiple colors of shirts as long as you inform us before we do artwork. We must make the artwork so it will work on all colors. Mixing types of shirts (i.e.: short sleeve, long sleeve, sweatshirt, etc.) is not a problem as long as they are the same or similar color.

  6. Who do I contact if I am having problems/errors during ordering?
    Email weborders@idsolutionsonline.com before the ordering cut off date. Please include first and last name, phone number, organization name and event name.

  7. How long does it take to receive shirts?
    Typically it takes 2 weeks from the ordering cutoff date. Please specify if you have a certain date in which you need the shirts. We can sometimes produce shirts quicker depending on schedule and what type of shirt you are wanting. Some shirts require longer lead times. Availability and backorders of certain shirts can also factor in production time.

  8. Where are shirts shipped or delivered?
    The shirts are delivered or shipped to organization’s location (not to each individual who ordered). And pickups are also an option for local organizations.

  9. Can I order a shirt after the ordering cutoff?
    You can order online until 9:00 am the following day after the order cutoff date with a $5 late fee. We are unfortunately unable to add shirts to the order after that time (due to fact that late orders after that will delay the entire order). Ordering cutoff dates can be extended, but will delay the production of the shirts ordered.

  10. What is the minimum order?
    Our minimum is 24 pieces per setup. We can also print under minimum orders at our discrepancy for an additional charge.

  11. What if my order doesn't meet the 24 piece minimum?
    We will automatically extend your ordering link for 1 week unless otherwise specified. If the order does not meet the minimum after that 1 week extension, your organization will be refunded by check less 20% cancellation fee and you will be responsible for refunding each individual their purchase.

  12. Can we do a reorder?
    We can do reorders as long as it meets our minimum requirements.

  13. What if I don’t see what I am looking for on your website?
    We have access to many products that are not listed on our website. Just contact us and specify what you are looking for and we can find it. We not only do apparel, but also offer hundreds promotional products.

  14. What if I still have questions?
    Please feel to contact us either by email, phone or fax (whichever is most convenient).
We will automatically extend your ordering link for 1 week unless otherwise specified. If the order does not meet the minimum after that 1 week extension, your organization will be refunded by check less 20% and you will be responsible for refunding each individual their purchase.
